Easy Spicy Cheddar Chicken Sausage Salad

Sunday, August 4, 2013

You don't always have the time to cook up a fancy meal.
So what to do when you're hungry and busy at the same time?
Hit your fridge and pantry and let out your creativity!
I have always got a few pack of fresh chicken sausage sitting in my fridge...
...so as bagged salad.

I like to boil my sausage to avoid from being too greasy in my plate.
But you can grill or pan-fry your sausage to your liking.
Always dress your salad with olive oil. You can't go wrong with that.
I also love dressing my salad with fresh lemon juice instead of commercial salad dressing.
It is more refreshing and a lot healthier without all that evil sugar and preservatives.
And black pepper. LOTS OF BLACK PEPPER.

This is a special Asian hot sauce that I love with sausages. It is kind of like Sriracha.
They are both amazing in my opinion.

I sprinkled some shredded cheddar on top just to complement the cheddar cheese inside the sausages.
Look at that oozing cheese!
nom nom nom.........I couldn't stop!
Isn't it beautiful?
